As the saying goes, a tool is only as good as its user. This is why we place a strong emphasis on efficient and continuous training and guidance. In addition, we can provide reports that show how well project managers are using the system and offer support to anyone who is struggling. We find that our surgery sessions and floor-walking are great ways to effectively deliver short but focused training and support.
Our ultimate goal is to assist our clients with the basic but crucial task of finishing projects on-time and in-budget, and to ensure management always has clear visibility of their projects so that each decision can be an informed one.
